President's Messages

Catherine BiansHappy Holidays and a Happy Birthday to VMSI (Village Management Services, Inc) from Friends of the Village. In 2017, FOV will continue to bring the movers and shakers in our community to share and discuss current issues impacting our lives and living conditions.

The best news of all is FOV has a new permanent home beginning in January. We will be meeting the last Friday of the month in Dining Room 1 of the Laguna Woods Village Performing Arts Center (formerly Clubhouse #3), at 2 pm Friday, January 27. Our new home means we will be offering refreshments at our general meetings. So stop by and have coffee and cookie. Our meetings are always free to attend, but if you wish to become a member, the cost is $15.00 for a single and $20 for a couple.

The January meeting subject is “VMS One Year Later” with VMS Board of Directors member Anthony Liberatore. In February, the discussion is GRF renovations with an update on Clubhouse 2, Clubhouse 1 future renovations, and the changes within the Community Center. March is the current status of the Garden Centers.

Hope you will join us and get your information first hand without a political slant or persuasion.
